I have been waiting for an answer from customer service for over a week now. Still no answer. It states that I would be contacted within 96 hours to increase my limit. I haven’t submitted any documents however the “live agent” feature doesn’t work in the meantime whilst waiting for the specialist team to reply. Anyone know how to get a hold of the Revolut customer service?

The problem was resolved however I’m having the same problem again. I don’t want to increase my limit as I was told by an agent I couldn’t.
