Revolut Concierge

Hi,

I am not sure when this happened, but it looks like Revolut has changed their concierge partner company, from “The Sincura Group” to this one: https://www.tenlifestylegroup.com/

Did any of you try the new concierge system?
Is it better (and reliable…) than the old one?

Hm… thanks for notice it! I liked the sincura group.
Never used TEN, but with a little of search you can find plenty of reviews. I guess all of them are pretty much unreliable.

The response so far is fast and they seem to be able to either answer in your native language or English depending on which language you used for your request. If they need to research something they also give you a time frame when you can expect the answer :slight_smile:

At best this is an infringement of Revolut’s brand. Or a phishing attempt.

Unfortunately, the email is legit and they still use revolut@thesincuragroup.com as email address…

Are you still a Metal-User? I did not receive that mail.

I really would like to have it with metal… this would really be a PLUS!!

More: metal MC cards are “World Elite” cards and since what reported by MC web site, “ALL World Elite cards have a concierge service included”… :smirk:

I’m glad they got rid of it a while ago. Wasn’t worth it in my opinion.

Are they? Iirc they are not world elite.
They are just classic prepaid cards, at least last time I got mine, you can see it written in the bottom right corner on the back
