The app has said “We are currently reviewing your documents. The review process will take up to 10 minutes” for the last three days. I need to make a payment larger than €500 but I can’t because the card doesn’t seem to be verifying. How can I solve this? There also seems to be no response from the support chat.
Hi! This usually means that the picture of the ID is low quality or unreadable. I recommend contacting support on Twitter (@RevolutApp) or on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/revolutapp They’ll ask you to send a pic again and will verify it.
