Revolut card delivered TO SOMEONE ELSE


Hello, long story short, my card was delivered to someone else by Fedex. I wasn’t even contacted by phone or email. I just checked the tracking number, and it had someones signature. I tried contacting support - they confirmed my address, and couldn’t refund / send replacement card, because they SENT IT TO CORRECT ADDRESS. I mean I haven’t got the card, which I paid for. So I lost 10 GBP for a premium card. Thanks Revolut :slight_smile:
