Revolut card blocked

Good afternoon Revolut team,

I get in touch with you because a few days ago I blocked my revolut card and my credit card from
the bank because I lost my wallet. I’m trying to do the verification in the app but does not let me finish
and it blocks me permanently. I’m trying to talk to you via chat in-app but you do not answer me. Can you please fix this?
