Revolut balance after bank transfer

Usual scenario:

  1. I top up Revolut via credit card
  2. funds available almost immediately
  3. I transfer to a bank account
  4. no funds on Revolut almost immediately
  5. I get the “payment submitted” email
  6. …And later “payment executed” email

Current scenario is a bit different:

  1. check
  2. check
  3. check
  4. …Funds still available in Revolut
  5. check
  6. none yet

Any idea how this is possible? @AndreasK

Hi there.

Transfers to a UK bank account take a few hours if you have activated your personal GBP account. If not, your transfer should take 1-2 working days. International transfers take up to 5 working days.

Hello Andreas,

I think what he means is that the payment isn’t processed, so it shows as pending in the app, instead of completed.

I’ve checked that too, but I cannot see any pending ones. Maybe @Freeeky can clarify :slight_smile:

its not actually my bank account, its my girlfriends.

she topped up her account few days ago, made the transfer, received the submitted email but her balance is still the same amount as the one she transfered.

doesnt usually the revolut balance adjusts after the submitted transfer, even tho the transfer hasnt been completed/executed yet?

I told her now to log out and maybe the revolut balance will adjust :slight_smile:
