“REVOGB21 is not connected”


Hi everyone,
Trying to use for the first time the Personal Euro IBAN but my bank just contacted me to let me know that the intermediary bank cant proceed with the transfer because of the BIC/SWIFT code that they dont recognize.

I asked them to hold it until I get back to them.

Is there another BIC/SWIFT code I can give them to proceed with the transfer or should I ask them to return the money and I’ll make a Euro transfer to Revolut as usual using the shared Euro IBAN (and my reference code).

OK, spoke to a Live Agent in the Chat and SWIFT/BIC cannot be changed.

I have to cancel the transfer (which I will be shared for) and will have to use the old shared IBAN and raise a new transfer (which I will have to pay for again).
