I signed up to Revolut in April last year and up til now it is still saying it’s verifying my documents. Could someone help me? I have just recently ordered my card as we want to start using it.
Get in touch with the in-app support team and tell them about this:
- Go to the More tab of the app
- Tap Support
- Tap Chat with us
- Type live agent
Consider this might take up to a few days due to an overwhelming amount of requests
