Hi, a number of reverted payments today from US vendors. Is this usual? Will they be resolved of their own accord? Any help much appreciated @anon33247966.
Many users facing the same issue…my response from support was: ,“If you’ve noticed that some successful transactions you make are actually being credited back to your account, the merchant will process these again as delayed transactions. They’ll appear on your account as normal. We’re working with our payment processors to find a fix as quickly as possible. Sorry for any trouble!” So until the payment is resubmitted by the vendor you have to remember how much money to leave available until it finally happens
I have the same problem. Tried to contact support team but they are not responding at all. Is there anyone who have this problem and it has been resolved for them? I will appreciate any help. Thank you.
