Return Top-Up for existing customers outside of EU but in Europe

When I discovered Revolut I was amazed. Really great product. And I was one of the first users. Telling everyone and promoting them. Everything was great until Revolut decided to cut us off. No top-up if outside the EU.

Please return top-up for your first European (not EU) customers. I know you say its a matter of card processors but this is taking now months and months.
