[RESOLVED] Failed withdrawal

I’ve tried to withdraw 150 euros from a Greek ATM (Eurobank) in Athens. The transaction failed, no money were ejected by the ATM and the transaction is shown completed in my phone app. No “Pending” status.

THe local branch advised me to talk with my acquirer, Revolut. No support is available, since I’ve waited for almost an hour and no feedback.

Has anyone experienced this?

After 1 hour and 20 mins I’ve seen the funds in my account again.

So, I suppose they were reserved by the bank.

Yes, usually failed transactions will revert withing 1-2 hours, although it might take up to 7 working days :slight_smile:
