Hi there @AndreasK - I have the same problem. I have today reinstalled the app to the newest version. Password does not work. When I enter my phone number and last 4 digits of the card number for new password it says
Verification failed. Please make sure you entered the correct value.
I have tried this several times and always get the same. I need to use the card, so please reset my password shortly. Thanks.

So I entered the numbers of my Revolut card. Not the card used for top up.
I forgot my password and I don’t have a card for top up. So, I can’t reset my password.
