"Reset Passcode" function does not work

hi @AndreasK, I’m a revolut user and i have my account frozen and the support chat stuck to “searching…” can you help me pls?

I deleted and reinstalled the app 2 or 3 times but nothing changed

Hey, my revolut app is not working as it says incorrect passcode and I can’t even reset passcode because it’s not working. I have sent mails to revolut as well but no response. Kindly please look into this matter ASAP. Thank you

hi AndresK, i have problem. I reset my phone and now not can login my revolut apk, i don’t have email recovery account.

I have deleted the App even restarted my iPhone but still I get no sms message on my iPhone when I enter the App and enter my phone number.
What shall I do to get a new code then?

@AndreasK tried all steps and doesnt let me log in, even tho i know my passcode, came from a different phone

Can you send me a direct message too? My app has been unusable for a few days now. I receive an email to authenticate for everything I try to do but the redirection from the email goes to a blank page.
I reinstalled and now I can access the account because of the same issue happens when I fill in my phone number.

i have a new iPhone, same SIM card. The problem is that i forgot the 4 digits authentication code. So i click on the “Forgot code” (I do not know the exact english term, my phone is configured in French). Then the app asks me my phone number. I enter it and click on the confirmation button.Then I receive an email, and click on the Authenticate button inside. The Revolut app is displayed with a message : an error occurred, please try again later.

I tried to uninstall then reinstall the app. Always the same problem.

Can you please help me ?
