request for your bank transfer failed


getting constantly this message when I am trying to transfer funds out of Revolut to my bank account. I was first trying that with the small amount and it worked fine now I am want to transfer more and "request for your bank transfer failed"
what shall I do. I was trying to chat with a support but thats just does not work as this service is so overloaded all time. I am getting desperate as the money is locked in Revolut.
