Registered with the wrong address

Hi, I am French and I live in France. I wanted to open an account to go to the US for holidays, I indicated my adress in the US to send the card but then I had a message saying that Revolut is not available in the US yet. I suppose I had to open my account with my French adress, but now I don’t know how to restart the registration process. A lot of my friends are using Revolut in the US. How can I do ?

You need to contact support and have that account closed an open a new one. Alternatively, they might also be able to switch the address.

While creating my Revolut account, I entered the wrong address. Now I cannot go back, it is stuck. I’d need it to reset the registration so that I can create it correctly.

How is it stuck?
You can only reach the customer service via Twitter/Facebook or the Revolut app itself.
