2 refunds ( around 3k € ) where sent to my card on 15/8 , but they are still not credited.
usually it only takes 2 days , now 5 days and nothing.
Live Chat doesnt work … SO anyone can help please ?
Hi. Exactly the same situation : 2 refunds on 8/14 for the same amount… weird answers from the helpdesk (technical issues as they explain…)
I received both refunds this night… i hope this will be fixxed soon .
