My friend recently applied for a Revolut card via standard delivery and had his £5.00 delivery fee refunded within minutes. Mine has not been refunded and so far so called support has not answered my question.
Why did your friend get a refund in the first place? As far as I know, there is no free shipping unless you are on the premium plan.
I assume it was because we are in the Channel Islands and already had cards previously until Revolut suspended our accounts. Now they have made Revolut available to us again but we had to get new cards.
