I got same problem, I got about 10 people sign up. Even one or two I helped them sign up infront of me. Still I did not get pay anything.
I tried to contact Revolut, and only way I found is the chat robot and is useless. I did send a request however no respond.
I will send an official complaint letter to the head office.
