Your transfer will not reach your account without your reference number. You’ll need to get in touch with our support team and send a bank transfer confirmation so we can assign it manually.
Ok, after I’ve sent the transfer confirmation, 9 days have passed and theres no return of the money to my account.

As I can see you made this transfer just today. International transfers take up to 3 working days. Please allow a couple of days so the transfer can reach us.
