reference forgotten for the transfer, support app not working


I did a transfer few days ago but I noticed today that when i tried to use my card the transaction declined. It seems that the money did not arrived in my bank account because I forgot to enter the refenrence number. I tried to get in contact with your support but it is simply impossible to send them a message by the app, the buttom send stay grey.
Can someone help me as soon as possible.
