Has anyone had an issue with their daily top up limit being decreased? I’ve had my card for a long time and have topped up approx £3500 in one go before but now it will only let me top up £250 a day? Thanks
Did you by any chance use a different card for the top-up now and then?
250.- sound suspiciously like a “new top-up card limit” to me (the limit is per card).
Otherwise, no idea, those limits are supposed to be personal, I didn’t experience that, but I don’t usually top up that much, never hit any limit on any of the noumerous cards I use for that.
I did use a new debit card to try and top up my revolut account as the old one has expired, maybe that is the reason why? Thanks for your help.
