Recently signed up for Revolute

…and transferred £250 into my account but to be honest, after reading some of the comments and complaints on here, < lack of response from customer services, payments being declined when account is in credit and bank payments not going through, I’m beginning to wish I hadn’t! Is this the norm?

I have been a user for 12 months + and had zero problems. Best advice I can give is read and understand all topics in Help so you know how to properly operate the account and don’t rely 100% on any one card , Revolut or non Revolut.
