Received card, verification pending, cant access funds, no support from firm

Hi,

It’s been a couple of days since I’ve been trying to contact support. I’ve topped account, paid for express shipping of card, sent documents, and received the card yet transactions don’t go through or get approved. Account seems blocked. Please help. I am counting on Revolut’s service for my daily activities. Your support would mean a lot at this point.
