FAQ says there is a receipt icon at top right of account screen. I can’t see one. Any ideas ?

Swipe down to the older transactions and you should be able to see the icon and generate a statement!

Thank you. Got it. Need to speak to them now as I can’t reconcile the statement to my record of transactions.

Take into account that transactions might take a little time to settle and, therefore, they might not appear in the same order, or match, until they are fully settled.
