@pepe Yes dude, really. Trying to figure out the actual weekend markups here and stay on the issue, not the person.

This transaction was not reverted in reality.
It was a $0 transaction and in fact never processed, so showing technically as reverted.
I saw this rate from the very beginnging. At the time of the transaction, it was still 0,2751.
Donât you have access to see the full transaction history and to see initial rate applied at the moment of authorization?
I did my best to show the support agent a present rate without leaving the hotel I was in at that time, this is why I tried Starbucks online.
Side note: Real, actual reverted transactions would go to my USD account even if originally paid from PLN account.
Like with my transactions from 11 and 12th of April in my USD account, for 82,68 and 16,03 respectively- the last one paid from PLN account.
Going back to our 0,2751 rate.
Just as I stated in other threads, the rates were changed during that weekend.
And indeed, of course, on early Sunday CET it was still 0,2805. It was OK- roughly around 0,5%, as expected.
This is why- guess what- I made some purchases and was fine. No need to talk to support.
Later during the Sunday- mid-day in the USA- it changed to 0,2751. That moment I contacted the support.
Donât you have access to historical rates to see that 0,2751 was your rate for at least a few hours on Sunday, May 6th?
This rate was there throughout the whole time Sunday US Central and thatâs why I contacted support. The rate 0.2751 was the actual rate during the time of transaction.
It is not about bid and ask- I can tell the difference. Trust me on that one, please. Itâs always about the rate I can get my currency, using PLN. Simple.
Just as I said- if you havenât fixed or changed anything in your systems, both myself and a host of other people will notice the same problem soon enough. This rate discrepancy has been happening consistently, like every 2-3nd weekend or so and we have. seen. it.
I can surely perform some real exchanges or purchases- just let me know what you need.
