In the rates and conversion section, how do you;
Rates : Delete a paired rate
Conversion : Delete a currency
Conversion : Move a currency up or down the list

Conversions, the same as above
Conversions, tap on a currency and it will move to the top, so tapping the right order seems to be the solution.
