Question re bank transfer from GBP to MYR (malaysian ringgit account)

How do i find out how much the bank from the receiving end charge for the transfer?
Also if money is send in GBP, how do i find out the exchange rate at which the receiving party will get in Malaysian Ringgit?

If the transfer is made in GBP, the receiving bank is the one that decided the exchange rate used + any further fees for that.

Have anyone successfully setup a payee for malaysia bank account. I tried to setup one and the app state the account number is invalid. After a number of verification with Malaysia bank and Revolut. Revolut just tell me they they only accept bank with BIC/IBA code. I think malaysia only use SWIFT code right, there will be no IBA or (IBAN?) code. I believe i just receive email from revolut recently about we can send money to malaysia???
