Problems after changing country settings

yesterday I asked in-app support to let me change my country, I did it, but now I can’t top up money. It says verification is pending, I tried to contact support again, I got reply that specific team will look into this, but I haven’t heard anything for hours it just looks that they redirected my query somewhere and it got forgotten.

I am wondering if there is any other way to confirm my account so that I could continue using it? It is a very urgent matter.

Maybe someone had faced with the same situation, how much time it takes to verify account after changing country settings?
