Probleme de verification indentité

Bonjour cela fait plusieurs semaines que j’essaie de vérifié mon identité mais ca ne fonctionne pas, si quelqu’un a une solution a savoir comment on peut contacté le service revolut ou si il y a une solution, je suis preneur car c’est vraiment gonflant.
En français car j’ai du mal avec l’anglais. Cordialement

C’est déjà fait a plusieurs reprises, je telecharge mes papiers d’identités et mon selfie, est la l’application se ferme et sa me remets au debut

I received my card.
In the revolut app, I tap “Activer la carte”. This sends me to "Verification & limits”.
in "Verification & limits”, it just tells “échec de la vérification” , without asking me for anything.
How can I activate my Card ?

If I go from main menu to “profile”/"Verification & limits”, I get the same message.

What does that mean? You will need to upload a picture of yourself and your ID.

I browsed through some menu items and found out how to upload those documents. I’ll proceed and hope it will solve my issue.

I could upload my documents yesterday, and it worked indeed, now my card is activated. Great !

I think the app should be improved : when you receive your first card and chose “activate my card” in the app, customers should not just receive a message “identification fails”. Instead they should be re-directed to the page for upload of their identification documents.
