Problem with veryfying the identity

Hi,
I have made an account, topped my account and made a card order.
After that I have sent my ID and selfie photo.
After I have sent my documents. And from this time my app is frozen. It was about two months ago.
I see the information: verification process is in progress.
In the meantime I received my card, but my app is informing me that the card is on its way to me.
What can I do now ? Account is still suspended, and talking to Rita does not help at all.
I installed app on iphone 6S.

Same problem here. I have “Pending verification” for months now. I guess it must be that I didn’t sent proper images, I can’t really tell after this time. All I want is that someone '“resets” my verification so I can try again.

@adamjot Are you aware that this is a public forum? I would not post personal details like phone, name and email here. You need to telexte the post, just editing does not do it.

(Also, your friend can just provide good photos, sharp, well lit, uncropped, readable, not altered, via support chat and ask them to verify your identity annually.)

I also have the same problem, my account hasn’t been activated yet becuase it’s “pending verification” and has been like that for a while, can anyone advise what to do?
