Problem with verifying on a new phone


My phone is broken, I have inserted the sim card in to a new phone and then downloaded Revolut app, had to set up new account as it would not give other option. Then I have try to link my existing card and it asked me to verify my ID. It is nearly 24h and nothink happend and no reply from support.

Hm, weird. There should have been the option to log in with your phone number to access your account on a new device. Now you probably have to wait for support to sort it out for you.
