Problem with Source of funds verification

I have uploaded all my source of funds documents in order to increase my top up limit as the funds I have transferred from my commercial bank account has been stuck for days.
Up until last night the app said the review is in process. Now it says an unexpected error has occurred and that I needed to upload my documents (screenshot attached). Does this mean you’ve lost the documents I had uploaded? If I reupload them how long would it take to review? I have an incoming money from a friend expected to arrive sometime early this week so I need this verification processed as soon as possible otherwise I would have two separate amounts of money stuck!
