This looks like a SWIFT transfer, Revolut takes no fee for receiving these but the sending bank and any intermediary bank may take a fee.

I don’t speak your language. So excuse me if the question is silly.

Did you enter the reference when you did the transfer? If not they can’t automatically assign the funds to your account.

Anyhow the best approach is to contact support via the in app chat. You can upload the same document as prof of transfer :slight_smile:
