Problem with ID upload and account access

Hi,

I couldn’t get verified by the App(3days), but also i can not upload the new ID on the system. Also i can not get any reply from the support chat.

Also my e-mail is not working on the desktop browser.

I have a similar problem. I found that my name was mistaken and support allowed me to fix it. Since then I can not use my account. I can not send. I can not charge my bill - nothing. Support doesnt answer me 3 days. Absolutely NOTHING.

Try to ask for Live agent in chat or use twitter / Facebook
