Problem with bank transfer

Hi!

I hope someone can help me with my problem.

I’m new to Revolut and I’ve made my first bank transfer. I’m using an european bank in euros so I just clicked the euros option and in my phone appeared the data for the tranfer which was: Beneficiary, BIC and IBAN. That was all!!
Just now I was checking because I haven’t recieved the amount yet (I made the tranfer yesterday) and “RITA” says that I have to add a reference number that doesn’t appear anywhere. Honestly, I don’t know if the bot is wrong and it just may take longer to arrive.

Where can I find the reference and how can I fix it? In my bank the tranfer appears as completed.

OK I just got the amount but honestly I think that if you have changed the conditions maybe RITA should stop talking about it and change the FAQS in your webpage. You just make it more confusing for new customers.
