Problem with bank transfer from Revolut into UK bank account

Hello,

I’ve transferred some money from my UK bank account into Revolut to see how it works, now I’m trying to send the money back to my bank account (bank transfer from Revolut into my UK bank account) and it doesn’t work for some reason. I’ve added myself as a beneficiary, however every time I press “send” button, “We’re are sorry, something has gone wrong.” message pops out.

Does anyone know what to do and why is this happening?

I’ve tried again just now and it went through.

Do you know if this issue happens very often?

Hi I’m trying to do the same and keep getting an error message and telling me to try later I’ve had this all day

Are o in the latest version of the app? Did you try to get in touch with our in-app support team?

Hi @anon33247966 - I am experiencing the same problem - just trying to do a simple small bank transfer in GBP to a UK Bank Account and it always tells me “something went wrong - please try again later”. Nobody on the support chat answers me… :frowning:️
