Problem updating account


Hi all,

Few weeks ago, I created my account on revolut but I transferred the money to get a card but I could not complete all the process ( problem with my phone’s camera, could not submit my id’s photo).
I have decided to try again but I do not know how to access my account so I can complete my registration. When I try the app, I am asked to log in with a passcode which I do not have.

What can I do to solve my problem ?

Hi @saadidrissi,
There should be the possibility to click on forgot passcode in order to reset it.

If that is not the case I’d suggest that you send a message to the facebook team or twitter with your phone number and ask for advice.
