Previous account blocked, can't get a new card

Hi,

Last year I joined Revolut and have been very happy with it.
I’ve been using the card for 8 months in Bali without any problems.

Last month I went to the US and got a US simcard.
Suddenly the app didn’t work anymore.
It said 1201 people are before me. Couldn’t do anything else.

So I called customer support and they blocked the card.

Ok, fine… Let’s move on,… I want a new card.

Right now I’m in Bulgaria and next week I’ll be back in Belgium for a week,
so I want to receive the card in Belgium.

When I fill in my Bulgarian number I see the message: We’re sorry, something has gone wrong. Please try later.

Couple of days later, same message.

On the 9th of October I’m heading back to Bali for 2 months and I really want to receive a new Revolut card in Belgium.

What can I do to apply for a new card?

I didn’t receive any SMS, but now I received the phone call where they told me the code.

So problem solved now.

Yeah that happens with virtual phone numbers as well.
Microsoft updated their Skype app so SMS cannot be seen.
