Preventing problems information


Revolut’s team need to very very seriously conceider posting some information when accounts may be automaticaly blocked. This will not only prevent lots of people doing the same mistakes, but will make agents life easier…

Lets settle on “doesnt cover much” :slight_smile: I am with you though, a better explanation would be nice but Revolut needs to step up their game in customer support anyhow in my very humble opinion :slight_smile:
