Revolut is playing with my money. i send a bank transaction, they asking for documents i provided everything they asked for and keep saying not enough. But they do not specify what they need exactly. I spoke to 3 agent they escalate me 3 different ways but still no respond. My payment still pending. Very unprofessional. very very difficult platform to transfer money. i wish someone could help me to change my experience with Revolut.
