Premium member waiting over 12hrs for support response

I am a premium member with so called 24/7 access to online help.

After multiple messages for help I’m still waiting for over 12 hours for urgent help with trying withdraw GBP6800 of my money from my account to my bank account. I’m restricted to no more than GBP200.

Terrible service!
