Premium customer, but no response in a week, Revolut have held £4k for 2 weeks?

I tried to transfer 4k to my account, I am a premium customer. Was asked for supporting documents, which I sent.
Revolut seem to have an issue with what I sent, but no one is now replying to my messages, it’s been over a week.

I upgraded to premium service for the ‘24/7’ support, but no one has replied back to me?

Am I being scammed now they have my money? How to get it sent back into my account if no one replies?
