"Premium" card ordered, never sent

Started a premium membership and ordered a card hoping to get it in time before leaving. One day after it should have been sent, an agent told me it was printed but might never be sent. Uh, what? The next day another agent told me I need to put down the address as “street, postcode, country” rather than “country, street, postcode”. When I explained I only fill out form fields and it’s up to them how they arrange them, they just repeated themselves. So much for “premium”. I replied that I want to cancel premium - to my amazement they actually understood and did it straight away. Anybody reading this and hoping they will get their card in time for trip or whatever - beware.
