Premium card delivery delay

I ordered on May 21 a premium card, with express delivery. Today, June 6, l am still waiting for this card. The support agent cannot give me more informations about the delivery date or the tracking number. I am very disappointed.

I got a two week delay and to compound things they sent the card to my original registration address instead of the provided delivery address. A mess really
