Pre authorisation

Hi there,

I had to use my revolut card for a pre authorisation of a fairly large amount and it’s bene over 7 days since the company refunded the amount but I haven’t received anything from revolut yet. A greater concern is that when I check the details of the transaction is doesn’t specify that it was a pre authorisation amount.

On top of that I’ve waited over 24 hours to speak with a live agent and not heard a thing - has anyone had pre authorisations go through before or experienced something similar?
