Poor app support, awful verification process

I got the card and the app for a holiday trip to Europe. Got a premium account to ensure I have the card in time for the trip. Topped up over 600 pounds. Verified the account with Id and my cards.
But on the first attempt to withdraw euros at st. Pancras my card got blocked and app support said it will take 6 hours to get any support.

This is truly horrible service. I would prefer to cancel the card and continue to the regular bank fees but have the surety of a bank that actually works and is available to support the customers when they need it.
