Have you contacted support through in app chat? If not, type “live agent” in the chat window.

Yes I have but they contacted me a few days ago and didn’t reply back these past 2 days

Did they transfer you to another team? If not then you can reset the chat by typing “Resolved” and after that “Live agent” again.

When I go to support I’m told that a response will be within 96 hours. It’s pinned on the top so not just for me I think.
