Please update FAQ concerning Top-Ups after introducing personal EUR-accounts



I think the introduction of personal EUR-accounts was over a month ago.

However, the following FAQ haven’t paid attention to that:


Especially scaring customers off with outdated information isn’t advantageous:

“Transfers from third parties, including but not limited to companies, families & friends will be returned to the sender’s account after deducting processing fees.”
