I’m a new user and earlier today I just topped-up with £150 pounds which was fine. When i then tried to transfer it, i got a message saying “Your account is currently blocked for security reasons”. The only option is to chat with support. Before this problem i did manage to topup and send £100 without any issue. Can anyone help me to get my account unblocked?
