Phone lost - SIM card as well I can't access account

I just lost my Revolut phone - I installed everything on another phone but when I hit Support to talk with someone send button for message is grey and keep saying that my passcode is incorrect altough i never change it and when I am trying to reset it it sends a code to the old phone … please help changing my passcode + phone number with a new one - SUPPORT? I paid already for PREMIUM!!!
